Historic Craftsman Bungalow

Inviting, Cheerful, Cozy & Colorful

A casually chic family home that converges a love of color and pattern with mid-century style and Far-East influence.

A 3,200-square-foot, six-bedroom 1899 Victorian Craftsman bungalow in the heart of Brooklyn's historic Ditmas Park district, reimagined for a young family of founders and their two toddlers.

The home was curated in an approachable, casually chic aesthetic that converges the clients' love of color and pattern with mid-20th-century style and inherited Far-East influences. A budding modern-art collection, pop art, street-vendor finds, limited-edition photography, and the owner's own work thread through the rooms.

Refurbished original stained-glass windows, a wood-burning fireplace, a bright remodeled kitchen opening to the garden courtyard, and playful moments of wallpaper give the house its enduring, personal character.
